Location and surroundings of object
South Bohemia is one of the most beautiful areas in the Czech Republic and Nature Park Czech Canada in particular. The Austrian border is only a few kilometres away and you can walk through nature on both sides of the border. The beautiful nature, extensive deep forests and numerous swimming ponds offer ideal recreation. There are well-marked hiking and cycling trails in the area. In winter, cross-country skiing and smaller downhill skiing. The accessible Landstein castle ruins can be reached on foot and are impressive in size. There is also a good restaurant there. (Prices 5 - 8€). Shopping in 4 km, 10 km and large shopping centres and Aqua Park are in 30 km.

The newly extended and renovated "Gediegene Ferienhaus" is located at a distance of approx. 80 m from my "Grosszügiges Ferienhaus", completely hidden behind the trees, with a view of the second meadow, so that the two houses are completely to themselves.
There are no other neighbours, and the houses are at the end of a private forest road with approx. 7 ha of surrounding meadow and valley with stream. Plenty of parking space.
The "Gediegene Ferienhaus" has a large floor area of 10 x 13 m and offers either a high level of comfort for up to 16 people, or a very reasonable price per night and person for a large group of up to 29 people. For very large groups or even more comfort there is the possibility to rent my "spacious holiday house" nearby. (object no. 30096)
All windows are with blinds and very well insulated, also the whole house is very well insulated. Two fireplaces provide cosiness and efficient heating. Cork flooring is throughout the house and pleasantly warm. There is also electric underfloor heating in the common room and living room
The tables in the common room are for up to 28 people. Large 140 cm TV with satellite, Internet TV and recording. WLAN internet free of charge
The kitchen is very well equipped, induction glass ceramic, oven with grill and steam cooking, dishwasher, microwave, 2x large fridge and a freezer
The seating in the living room can also be used as a bed 120 x 190 cm. All beds are with comfortable healthy viscoelastic mattresses.
The bathroom next to the common room is wheelchair accessible, also dining room, kitchen and the bedrooms with wider doors
All doors are heat and sound insulating
All walls are very well insulated. The wellness room and cloakroom are very well insulated and very cosy with panelling. The floor in the wellness room and sauna has a water-resistant floor, pleasantly warm for the feet. The cloakroom is very large and wide. With 3 well insulating windows. Can also be used as a bedroom with 4 beds.
Attic with additional 8 mattresses is with 2 large tilting windows. The roof stairs have enough space in the corridor and a cover over the stair opening is heat and sound insulating.
Very nice 15x4 m covered terrace for enjoying or dancing
Beautiful, very quiet surroundings with deep forests, hiking and biking trails as well as numerous ponds, castles and other places to visit. Several golf courses within 10 km, horse riding, fishing, cycling, swimming, tree climbing and much more for sporting activities. In winter with cross-country ski trails directly on site and small ski lift in 12 km.
