Approximately 500 m from the fine sandy, gently sloping beach, which can be reached via a side road and a footpath through a pine grove. The town centre of Casalborsetti with some restaurants, bars and shops is around 1000 m away. Regular bus services run to Ravenna, about 15 km away. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. A parking space in the complex (not directly in front of the holiday apartment). A further parking space in front of the complex available on request. Only on arrival and departure on Saturdays is access to the holiday apartment allowed within the complex for loading and unloading.

1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and the attic room is accessible via an external spiral staircase. For better air circulation, there is an open gap to the ground floor. Bathroom with 1 washbasin and toilet.

When we arrived we were greeted very friendly. However, the first glimpse from inside the house was a shock since, in contrast to the images was very small but it has then placed quickly each had its place. The house was clean and the whole complex is very well maintained. What we could not see in the pictures was the huge pool where also the small fun. If you want you can take most of the day in activities part. The children are cared for by the animators most of the day well. Every evening there was a show only Baby Dance, however, was what has become a bit bland for us after 2 weeks because it was the same music every day the children but it did not matter who had their fun:-). The show then has changed to happiness every day. The sea was super nice and can be reached with slow step through a small trail through the woods in 5 minutes depending on the bungalow in which one is the further back is the way even further but there are not more like 10 minutes. There are shopping within the plant is also, however, a small supermarket does have everything you need but a bit pricey on the prices but you can by a small drive towards Veneto reach a rafter. If you continue a bit towards mc Donald are still more shopping. Every day there is a market for shopping else where a list of when and where to get it at the front desk upon request. In any case, you need a coffee drinker, a coffee machine up on the dishes and pots IS nothing to be found in the house so bring everything you need and are not inverted cups we had for 5 people 2 Small Mugs. The poolside restaurant is very tasty and again expecting from Preisleistungsverhältnniss not overpriced and you can take all the dishes to the bungalow. In any case, it was very nice and we definitely go there again.

Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Allerdings war der erste Anblick vom inneren des Hauses ein Schock da es im Gegensatz zu den Bildern sehr klein war aber dies hat sich dann schnell gelegt jeder hatte seinen Platz. Das Haus war sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Was wir auf den Bildern nicht sehen konnten war der riesige Pool wo auch die kleinen ihren Spaß haben. Wenn man möchte kann man fast den ganzen Tag an Aktivitäten Teil nehmen. Auch die Kinder sind durch die Animateure fast den ganzen Tag gut betreut. Jeden Abend gab es eine Show erst war Baby Dance was allerdings nach 2 Wochen etwas fad für uns geworden ist weil es jeden Tag die gleiche Musik war den Kindern allerdings war das egal die hatten ihren Spaß :-). Die Show danach hat zum Glück jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Meer war super schön und ist bei langsamen Schritt durch einen kleinen Trampelpfad durch den Wald in 5 Minuten zu erreichen je nach dem in welchen Bungalow man ist je weiter hinten ist der weg auch weiter aber mehr wie 10 Minuten sind es nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es innerhalb der Anlage auch ist allerdings ein kleiner Supermarkt der zwar alles hat was man braucht aber von den Preisen etwas teuer jedoch kann man durch eine kleine Autofahrt Richtung Venezien einen Sparr erreichen. Wenn man ein Stück weiter fährt Richtung mc Donald sind noch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Jeden Tag gibt es wo anders einen Markt zum Shoppen eine Liste für wann und wo bekommt ihr an der Rezeption auf Anfrage. Auf jeden Fall braucht ihr als Kaffeetrinker eine Kaffemaschine bis auf Geschirr und Töpfe IST in dem Haus nichts zu finden also alles mitbringen was ihr braucht auch Tassen währen nicht verkehrt wir hatten für 5 Personen 2 Kleine Tassen. Das Restaurant direkt am Pool ist sehr lecker und wiedererwartend vom Preisleistungsverhältnniss nicht überteuert auch kann man alle Gerichte zum Bungalow mitnehmen. Auf jeden Fall war es sehr schön und wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.
