The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house, there are apartments DAL ZAD 328 (for a maximum of 4 people) and DAL ZAD 355 (for 4 people). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
