Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Boat, bike and paddle boat rentals in the Villa.

Tkon. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the house are the apartments DAL ZAD 216 (4 persons), 3 apartments of the same type DAL ZAD 218, DAL ZAD 776 and DAL ZAD 782 (each for 5 persons) and DAL ZAD 219 (8 people). The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), phone and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of September. Pool (35 sqm).

Living/bedroom (30 sqm) with sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the balcony (10 sqm, garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (2 plates), fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
