The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement, in the village centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities. Storage space for sports equipment. Motorboat available on request (price excluding fuel).

Veli Rat, district Verunic, 10 m above sea level. The studio is located on a 5000 sqm large, open, enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments DAL ZAD 002 (2 people) and DAL ZAD 003 (3 people) are located in the same house. Water consumption up to 50 litres is free of charge, from 50 litres a fee of 1.50- € / 100 litres is charged. The holiday apartment is located in Verunic on the island of Dugi Otok near the sandy beach Sakarun. The access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 20 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
