The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. One kayak and SUP board are available for free use.

Ston, district Broce. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
