Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Makarska, 20 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 80 m). Central parking is free of charge. The second option is parking on private property 150 m from the house (free of charge).

Kitchenette in the living kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
