The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Blato/Island of Korčula, district Blaca. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor and leads via an external staircase and the 40 sqm terrace directly into the anteroom. Living/bedroom with seating area, TV, radio, dining area, access to the terrace (15 sqm, garden furniture) and sea view. Bedroom. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (induction hob, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

The localisation. Quiet near the sea

Very relaxing and peaceful holiday in a beautiful nature.
Wine lovers are in the best spot.
No matter where you are all the people very nice and friendly.
We were 6 people here and we all come back over here.

The cottage was really nicely decorated and comfortable for one with 2 children. The location was very quiet and romantic, great swimming spot for swimming and diving. The owner very friendly and helpful-thanks again to them. The only problem is the power supply of the solar system-which is a little too weak for a family of four, because you have to deal a little economical with the current. But otherwise a wonderful holiday - and we want to spend our vacation in this house again next year,'m looking forward to it now.
