Description

The detached holiday home, built in 2000, is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and courtyard. Hanging deck chair. From early May to early October, guests can use the outdoor kitchen.

Stari Grad. The holiday house is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday apartment DAL HVA 025 (6 people) is located in the annex. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. High chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via antenna, satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early October, 7.70 m x 3.10 m, 1.55 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 150 m. Nightclub in Stari Grad 200 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 100 m in Stari Grad (beach 150 m in Stari Grad with sand, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Stari Grad: Mini golf, fishing, diving each 150 m. Tennis 200 m.

Living/bedroom (25 sqm) with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, radio, stereo system, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (30 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers). Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchenette in the living room (20 sqm) with TV, dining area, gas stove (2 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
