Description
The standalone holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is popular due to its view of the forests and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Iron, cot, and high chair upon request. 8 sun loungers. 2 terraces each for 12 people.
Location
Klek. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Both buildings and pools are available exclusively for the guests. The complex consists of 2 buildings with 2 pools next to each other. One building with 3 separate units on 3 floors, each with a living/bedroom and double bedroom, and the second building with 2 separate units on 2 floors, each with a living/bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. The complex is built of stone. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property. Parking on open ground.

Air conditioning. One unit in each apartment (total of 5). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 4 m x 4.4 m 1.4 m deep). Second outdoor pool (5 m x 3.5 m).

We were 21 people and have rented the entire house, everything worked out perfectly, only to find the house first, does not work right away, but presents no major problems.
The houses themselves are outstanding, facilities, cleanliness, pools, everything really decent. And also the nearby bay makes a good deal.

Nice houses, nice decor. Is not so the tourist area and the access to the beach is a bit longer than the specified 800m. Otherwise top!
