The standig individually holiday home, built in 2017 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Mastrinka. The holiday home is located on a 650 sqm, closed garden plot with bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Outdoor pool (7,50 m x 3,50 m, depth 1,40 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of November.
