The holiday home, built in 2009, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Football, volleyball, and basketball court, trampoline.
Location
Vlčice u Trutnova, 460 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the adjacent plot, there are holiday houses CSR RIG 039 (9 people), CSR RIG 399 (8 people), and the landlord's house. On the ground floor of the house, there is a Western-style bar with draft beer or a lounge area, available by arrangement with the landlord. Please pre-order bed linen with your booking. The property is in Western style. Access is via a side road (paved, length 500 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Bedroom (45 sqm) with 4 single beds, TV and dining area (8 seats). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
