Description
The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 1992, was renovated in 2025 and is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 680 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 80 sq m with lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 2nd floor, is covered and level, and leads via 25 steps and an internal staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms.

Upper floor: Living room with seating area, radio, DVD player, CD player, dining area (9 seats) and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the hallway (5 sqm, through-room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower facility, shower, 2 washbasins, hairdryer and window. 2 separate WCs each with 1 washbasin and WC.

The location is beautiful and the landlords are very friendly. All in all the right place for trips to the Giant Mountains (West) and Jizera Mountains region.
