The studio is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1993, renovated in 2019 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.
Location
Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 700 m above sea level. The studio is located on a open garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is tobogganing and bobsleighing in winter. The house is located in a beautiful location with a view of the Teufelsberg, on the border between the Giant Mountains and the Jizera Mountains. It is only 1 km from the center of Harrachov, the funicular and the cross-country ski trails. Further cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon bike or there is the option of entering the groomed trails at the train station. It is 800 m away from the house and runs via a regular direct train connection from Liberec to Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Overall, a very nice, clean place with very nice landlords. However, it was not the room that was in the description. (Or the description was confusing!). Therefore, the point deduction in the price-performance ratio. The point deduction in the equipment is because not enough storage space for luggage and / or backpacks were available.
