The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 1993, renovated in 2019, and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 700 m above sea level. The studio is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility for sledding and bobsledding in winter. The house is situated in a beautiful location with a view of the Devil's Mountain, on the border between the Giant Mountains and the Jizera Mountains. It is only 1 km from the center of Harrachov, the funicular, and the cross-country ski trails. Further cross-country ski trails are located in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon circuit or there is the possibility to enter the groomed trails at the train station. It is 800 m from the house and leads via a regular direct train connection Liberec - Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Overall, a very nice, clean place with very nice landlords. However, it was not the room that was in the description. (Or the description was confusing!). Therefore, the point deduction in the price-performance ratio. The point deduction in the equipment is because not enough storage space for luggage and / or backpacks were available.
