The detached holiday home, built in 2005, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet location. Available for exclusive use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. High chair and baby cot, playpen for small children. !! TO BRING: Bed linen (1 P: 90x200/140x200) and bath towels and kitchen towels !!.
Location
Černý Důl, 750 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is only suitable for families, youth groups are prohibited. The holiday home was furnished in Dutch style and is located in the middle of a small mountain village in the Giant Mountains National Park and near a stream. Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property. Parking at your own risk. In winter: Snow/ice from the roof!! Do not park next to the house. At your own risk.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.

Really nice & comfy house, spent a week skiing as a group of 12 students there. Beds are kind of minimalistic comfy enough for tired people. Really nice living room with open kitchen, garage was perfect to store the equipment. We got help immediately when the heating failed, everything was alright! Just two things would have been nice to have as well: a dishwasher and a stereo.
