Available for exclusive use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. High chair, baby cot, playpen for small children, baby bath. TO BRING: Bed linen (1p: 90x200/140x200) and bathroom/kitchen towels !!.
Location
Černý Důl, 750 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a fenced garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is only suitable for families, youth groups are prohibited. Parking on the property. At your own risk. In winter: Snow/ice from the roof. No parking!! The renovated holiday home was furnished in the Dutch style and is located in the middle of a small mountain village in the Giant Mountains National Park and near a stream. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking at your own risk. Attention: In winter, snow/ice from the roof!!

In summer: Cista 2 km in Camping Cista (natural lake), Trutnov, Vrchlabi. Golf in Mladé Buky 15 km. Many swimming opportunities in the area. Toboggan run in Mlady Buky 10 km, Pec pod Snezkou 20 km, in Spindleruv Mlyn 25 km. The surroundings offer many hiking and cycling opportunities, climbing, Monkey Park and other activities. In the parking lot of the ski park, you can play tennis and football for free.
In winter: Ski lift 200 m in Cerny Dul. Ski area 200 m in Cerny Dul Cerna Hora Ped pod Snezkou (Černý Důl). Ski bus 30 m. Ski rental, ski school, cross-country ski trail each 200 m in Cerny Dul. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (9 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, access to the terrace and standard coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and 1 washbasin. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with WC and window.
Basement: Dining room with dining area (9 seats) and (garden furniture, 1 table, 10 chairs, parasol).
1st floor: Bedroom (4 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

All in all, the house was OK. The rooms were a bit small but adequate. We are not to sleep on vacation. Top area, unfortunately we had hardly any snow.
