Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2002 and is modern and functional. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Dogs are not allowed in the garden.

Location
Desná in the Jizera Mountains, 600 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The property is located by the river Desna. Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property. Parking is lockable with a chain.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, saltwater 3.9 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep). Covered.

Cross-country ski trail in lyžařská magistrála 2 km. Ski rental, ski school each 1000 m in Stosszahn. Jested Tower, Zoo and Botanical Garden in Liberec aquapark all 34 km.

The choice of this holiday destination was a success. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation mentioned. The landlord was friendly and always available to us as guests. It was an advantage that we were able to communicate well with him in our native language. His grounds were well maintained overall.
We would choose a holiday in the Jizera Mountains again at any time.
