Description

The detached holiday home is modern and functional. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities and campfire area. Cool box for drinks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A portable barbecue is available for grilling.

Location
Abertamy - Hřebečná, 850 m AMSL. The holiday house is located on a 7,000 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Please order bed linen when booking. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 250 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 4 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bedroom.
