The standig individually holiday home, built in 1960 and renovated in 2014 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Abertamy, 950 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It's about mountain hut. Bed linen please order with booking. The access goes via a field or forest path (rubble or gravel, length 300 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and sitting area. Kitchen (15 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, dining area (8 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Wind trap (10 sqm). 2 bathrooms each (15 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed on bunk bed (upstairs). 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Separate toilet (6 sqm) with WC.
