The standig individually holiday home, built in 1870 and renovated in 2017 is a semi-detached house and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

Haj pod Klinovcem, 960 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open plot. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house. The house is certified by SVT (Czech Tourist Board) with 3 stars.
Object is suitable for families with children,
Hiking and cycling groups are also welcome. Object is not allowed for groups of teenagers! Due to the situation, water pressure can be weaker. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 2000 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.

electric heating. Heating also possible in the fireplace. Firewood is not included in the price or MUST BE COMBINED. It can be bought in a shop in Oberwiesenthal.

The environment is great. The living room comfortable. Mattresses are uncomfortable, bathrooms are functional but totally bereft of charm. Kitchen spartan, no dishwasher. If you like it rustic, this is almost the place for you. We were there with a larger group and didn't value comfort. It's okay. The landlord was nice and gave us tips.
