Description
The holiday home is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Mariánská, 840 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday homes CSR EZG 061 (6 people), CSR EZG 064 (5 people) and CSR EZG 086 (6 people) are located in the same holiday home settlement. The holiday home is located in the lower part of the small village, which is 4 km south of the spa town of Jachymov. Access is via a path (unpaved). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the property.

Kitchen with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Hallway. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 3 additional beds on mattress.

Very nice cottage, however, by electric heating rather high additional costs.

House was as pictured, everything was very clean and everything worked.
It was nice and quiet all around - pure relaxation!
Landlord very friendly and uncomplicated.

Beautiful house, with great views of the mountains. Very modern bathroom, great terrace for sunbathing and relaxing - the landlords were very nice and spoke good German. The hand shower in the shower was broken, but the rain shower was enough! We will be back!

The roost here for 6 and a week completely ok but in the living room then it will close. We liked the two of not disturbed, small but cozy. The ski areas are easy to reach and there is something there for everyone. The owner is super nice and we go down again repays
