The detached holiday home, built in 2018, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. 50 m object is located CSR EZG 002 (14 persons) and CSR EZG 057 (12 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
