The detached holiday home, built in 1960 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Abertamy, 950 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is a mountain lodge. Please order bed linen with booking. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Ground floor: Living room (15 sqm, passage room) with 3 bunk beds, sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, CD player, and 10 sqm terrace with 1 table and 10 chairs. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and sitting area. Kitchen (15 sqm, passage room) with TV, dining area (8 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and access to the terrace. Vestibule (10 sqm). 2 bathrooms each (15 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra bed on bunk bed (top). 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Separate WC (6 sqm) with toilet.
