Description
The detached holiday home, built in 2001, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Škrdlovice, 630 mASL. The holiday home is situated on an 830 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located on the edge of the small village of Škrdlonice near the recreational area Velké Dářko. Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) in carport and on the property. A covered parking space is available.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Indoor pool (usable from early May to late September, 7.5 m x 1.8 m, 1.3 m deep).

Zdar nad Sazavou: Fishing 6 km and horse riding 7 km. Many hiking and cycling trails in the area. Good conditions for mushroom picking. In winter: Ski lift 15 km in Nove Mesto na Morave. (with artificial snow). Cross-country ski trails on site.

A great but very quiet place!
The house is very spacious, plenty of room for 9 of us but could easily have accommodated 10 or 11 people.
The landlord lives right next door and was on hand immediately if we had any questions or problems!
He was very committed and very friendly!
There is not much to do in the surrounding area. You need a car for excursions...

The home is very family friendly with the pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, trampoline, badminton, and play structures . My cousin’s boys loved it. The home was very clean. The washing machine was great and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking for 10 people. The 5 bedrooms housed us all comfortably. The owner was very responsive and very nice. It was a great rental for a family reunion.
