The detached holiday home, built in 2001, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Trampoline. From December 2019, a sauna will be available.
Location
Škrdlovice, 630 mASL. The holiday home is situated on an 830 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located on the edge of the small village of Škrdlonice near the recreational area Velké Dářko. Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) in carport and on the property. A covered parking space is available.

Central heating (gas). Fireplace. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Indoor pool (usable from early May to late September, 7.5 m x 1.8 m, 1.3 m deep).

Zďár nad Sázavou with leisure facilities and UNESCO - Santini Church 7 km. In summer: Swimming pond (200 ha) 1200 m in Velké Dářko. Tennis in Skrdlovice 400 m. Zdar nad Sazavou: Fishing 6 km and horse riding 7 km. Many hiking and cycling trails in the area. Good conditions for mushroom picking. In winter: Ski lift 15 km in Nove Mesto na Morave. (with artificial snow). Cross-country ski trails on site.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor and is level with the ground.
Ground Floor: Living room with TV, dining area, and (1 table). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with TV, dining area (10 seats), gas stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (170 l, freezer compartment), microwave, and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Upper Floor: Living/bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dining area and gas stove. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.
House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: indoor swimming pool, sauna, babycot, internet access, baby cot, bicycle, parking place, sauna, whirlpool, water, bed linen, chimney wood, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. gas 1,20 € per cubic meter based on usage. final cleaning 20 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff.

A great but very quiet place!
The house is very spacious, plenty of room for 9 of us but could easily have accommodated 10 or 11 people.
The landlord lives right next door and was on hand immediately if we had any questions or problems!
He was very committed and very friendly!
There is not much to do in the surrounding area. You need a car for excursions...

The home is very family friendly with the pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, trampoline, badminton, and play structures . My cousin’s boys loved it. The home was very clean. The washing machine was great and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking for 10 people. The 5 bedrooms housed us all comfortably. The owner was very responsive and very nice. It was a great rental for a family reunion.
