Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 2001 is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility and garden furniture. Trampolines. From December 2019 sauna will be available.
Location
Škrdlovice, 630 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 830 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located on the outskirts of the small village Škrdlonice near the recreation area Velké Dářko. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) in the carport and on the property. A covered parking place is aviailable.

central heating (gas). fireplace. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Indoor swimming pool (7,5 m x 1,8 m, depth 1,3 m, usable from the beginning of May to the end of September, for sole use).

There are many nearby hiking and cycling trails. Good conditions for collecting mushrooms.In the winter: Ski lift 15 km. (With artificial snow). Trails on site.

Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Living/bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dining area and gas stove. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: indoor swimming pool, sauna, babycot, internet access, baby cot, bicycle, parking place, sauna, water, bed linen, chimney wood, sunloungers, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.

The house was very clean and functional. It is a paradise for children, lots of possibilities, both inside and outside in the garden.
