Description
The standig individually holiday home is functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Dogs are only allowed on the ground floor of the house and are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds. In the case of furniture destruction by dogs, the costs must be borne by tenants. Please bring your own dog bed or dog basket. Badminton.

Katlov, 480 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Cottage area Katlov. The small house is located in a quiet recreation area on a pond and a tennis court. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the garage and on the property.

Very nice house and lot, area and super quiet, nice landlord, it lacked only a pair of scissors, a whisk and large cereal bowls, but we will be back

This vacation was great. It was exactly what we wanted. Rest to migrate many ways, a lake for swimming. The cottage is really nice and the owner are very bad love and nice people. We will definitely book again next year this country

It was really great that the terrain was perfectly fenced (the dog could walk outside the grounds any time of the day, without worries!). Everything that is described is included! Larger cities and beautiful sights (Prague, Kutna Hora) were fine in a row!
All in all, we had a top holiday!

We are not friends of mass tourism, do not need street cafés and not a gift at every corner. We love nature. And in this beautiful cottage by the lake, we have found just the right place. Apart from forest and beautiful hiking trails, there is as good as nothing. The landlords are very very lovable. It's like mama's at home. Went the second time there and will go back.
