Sedlonov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is situated in one of the most beautiful regions of the Czech Republic: the Orlické Mountains. The Orlické Mountains offer their visitors peaceful relaxation from everyday life, warm hospitality, and affordable and tasty cuisine. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m). Access to the property is uphill, therefore only vehicles with four-wheel drive can park in front of the house; those who cannot drive uphill will be able to park 100 m from the property.

Rychnov nad Kneznou 30 km with restaurants, shops and many excursion options. In summer: Walks and bike tours become a pleasurable experience with the scenic backdrop. In winter: Ski lift 1000 m in Sedlonov. Ski area 1000 m in Sedlonov. Ski school in Deštné 4 km. Sedlonov: Cross-country ski trail 100 m and ski rental 1000 m.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dining area, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Separate WC with toilet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and window.

We really liked the holiday home, you could sit comfortably by the fireplace. It is very quiet, you can go on beautiful hikes. The landlord was very helpful.
