The standig individually villa, built in 2015 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture.
Location
Dramalj. The villa is located on a closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
Special
air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (2,50 m x 4 m, depth 1,20 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.

Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV, access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs) and air conditioning. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 extra beds on bunk bed (upstairs) and The room is accessed from another room, no separate entrance, suitable for children. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning (under 1 years), parking place, washing machine, electricity, water, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.

Question is rather "what did not please us": The house itself is good and clean, through the semi-detached houses gets however much of the neighbors in the other semi-detached house. The situation is dreadful, the entire traffic of Dramalj passes the house, at high speed, over clacking manhole covers. On a neighbor's plot, the belt grinder was used daily for 8 hours. The place is very steep, 10% slope, walking to the sea and back only possible with great sportiness, in the heat unbearable for us. There are few possibilities at the sea to park the car. Crikvenica has come down pretty well. We will never go back.
