Very special landmarked villa for an acquired taste, built approximately 1914 by the famous architect Henry van de Velde. It is near to forest and near the city of Hagen. Ample eat-in kitchen (24 sq) with fireplace, completely equipped. Large furnished patio (39 sq). Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with a wash-basin, one with a balcony. The house designed by Henry van de Velde has no rectangular or square rooms - you will find alcoves and jutties everywhere. This is conveying a very special atmosphere to live in. It is ideal starting point for small or expanded tours into the Ruhrgebiet or Sauerland at any time of the year. Hagen is called the 'gate to the Sauerland', a very green place and situated only a few kilometres away from the metropolises of the Ruhrgebiet like Essen, Oberhausen, Bochum, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund. It lies in a calm area at the Goldberg directly at the forest with a view over the city of Hagen. Designated hiking trails are directly nearby. The city is available within a walking distance of approximately 10 minutes. You will find very different restaurants at walking distance. Very interesting museums, castles and other attractions are making sightseeing an experience.

Specials: Two of the sleeping rooms are with wash-basin and one with a romantic balcony.
You will be surprised: This is not a normal leisure residence. From the start you will feel to be at home - try it out. The equipment in the kitchen is complete and staffed with electrical bread cutting machine which can be hidden in the fitted kitchen. The dining table can be extended to a length of metres so all the 12 chairs can be disposed.
