The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 350 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
