The holiday home is rustic furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Grižane. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Steinhaus The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3.5 m x 7.5 m, depth 1,5 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Ground floor (separate apartment): Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom (7 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, whirlpool, 1 sink, WC and window.
