Siófok, district Széplak-felsö. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. A beautifully maintained garden can be seen from the window. Separate garden furniture is available. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

Central heating (gas). Internet access (WiFi) and tumble dryer. TV reception via cable. Broadcasts in German, English, French, Italian, Hungarian.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and smoke alarms.

Living kitchen (10 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (suitable for under 10 years), dining nook (2 seats) and 2-burner electric hob, refrigerator, kitchen storage, sink, all necessary cooking utensils, wardrobe. All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchenette in the living kitchen (10 sqm) with dining nook (2 seats), electric cooker (2 rings), refrigerator (80 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (1 sqm) with 1 washbasin and toilet.
