The holiday apartment was renovated in 2003 and is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

On the property, there is the holiday apartment BAL SIO 459 (4 people). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
