Description

The villa, built in 1976 and renovated in 2020, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger and garden furniture.

Location
Siófok, district Széplak-felsö. The villa is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BAL SIO 439 (6P) is located on the property, BALSIO558 (2P) is in the same house. 100 m from the free beach. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), electric heating. Air conditioning units in every room. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via cable. Channels in languages: German, English, French, etc. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Living room (25 sqm) with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out couch, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (6 places), access to the balcony (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs) and Szekrénysor, ruhás szekrény. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and air conditioning. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds, air conditioning and Ruhás szekrény 1 db, éjjeliszekrény 2, fotel 2, dohányzó asztal 1 db. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Kitchen (3 sqm) with electric hob (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
