The detached holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2020, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Siófok, district Széplak-felsö. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side street (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the town (200 m).

Oven in every room (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via cable. Channels in Hungarian, German, English, Italian, French, Spanish. The accommodation is allergy-free and features hypoallergenic pillows.

Very close to the lake and a super nice landlady. Optimal prices in the restaurants and also for self-catering. Ideal for swimming especially for non-swimmers.
