The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1950, renovated in 2010, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The terrace is 20 sqm.

Siófok, district Aranypart. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm large, enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Condominium property directly in front of the apartment. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. On the other streets, a guarded, paid parking lot is available if several vehicles arrive.

5* For the whole experience. The host was very friendly and accommodating, the apartment was clean and the location was vey convenient. It was close to attractions but quiet and we had a very comfortable sleep on the very comfortable beds. Definitely highly recommend it.

Die Terasse war toll, der Vermieter sehr nett, checkin und und checkout unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat charme und Patina und die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, genau zwischen Strand und Zentrum. Die Flaniermeile ist sehr nah, aber leider gehen nachts die Besoffene genau vor der Wohnung nach Hause, wodurch schlafen kaum möglich ist.
