Egy kis kutya max. 5 kg megengedett. Upon handover of the property, the landlord may need personal data. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with dining area (3 seats), gas hob (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Hallway with air conditioning. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and hairdryer. Separate WC with toilet and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
