The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. This house has 2 apartments. This apartment has a separate entrance on the first floor and a private garden. 150 m from the waterfront and 300 m from the central beach The access goes via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.
