The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house built in 1991 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facility, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and campfire site.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 1050 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Anteroom with seating area. Bathroom with bathtub with shower fixture, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
Attic floor: Living room with seating area, TV and (6 seats). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
