The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1995, was renovated in 2020, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, and garden furniture.

Location
Balatonföldvár, district Központ. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (paved, length 100 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and in a parking lot in the locality (distance 4 m).

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), oven in each room (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. Channels in German and Hungarian.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Bedroom (25 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on folding bed, TV and (25 sqm, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony, access to the terrace (15 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 burners), (induction hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (100 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower facility, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC (4 sqm) with toilet and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
