The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2004 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Kurmassage locally by arrangement with the landlord.
Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in a separate building on the property. When booking for 5 people, only the ground floor is available. Private bathroom for each bedroom. The minimum booking is three nights. Enclosed plot surrounded by a fence. From the street an iron fence with a lockable gate. suitable for children as there is no traffic. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. Parking is right in the yard in a safe place.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Air conditioning in every upstairs bedroom. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire. In addition to Hungarian, there are also foreign channels.
Pool
Children's pool (paddling pool, 2 m x 2 m, depth 0,20 m, for exclusive use). A plastic pool is particularly suitable for small children to splash around in.

The equipment of the house is already considerably worn and in poor condition, but the environment at Lake Balaton is very nice.

We visit Balatonboglar on a regular basis, but we were the first time in this building. For large groups of people this house is ideal, a great advantage is the bathroom that belongs to each room. The overall impression of the holiday is very good ;-).
