Description
The holiday flat, in a separate part of a former manor house, was completely renovated between 1990 and 2000. a new bathroom with walk-in shower was installed in 2019.
Here you can relax in a wonderful setting, simply enjoying the scenery or making yourself comfortable with a nice book on one of the deck chairs or the sofa.
The bright, modernly furnished holiday flat accommodates 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) : combined living and kitchen room with access to the south-facing terrace as well as the bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), furnished with maple parquet flooring. If you need to accommodate more people, it is possible to rent another holiday flat in the attic (40m²) for max. another 2 adults and 2 children.
Even on holiday you do not have to do without the washing machine and dishwasher, the colour TV with satellite connection and the DVD player. Several DVD films and a large selection of entertainment literature complete the offer.
The 40 m² terrace with 2 deck chairs, 2 tables and 8 chairs as well as a large market umbrella offers you a unique view across the lake to the other bank of the Schwentine. Directly on the lakeshore is another seating area with tables and chairs, which belongs to the flat. Right next door on the municipal lawn with a small playground you will find a bathing and boating jetty as well as plenty of space to play (for the children).
A boat (canoe for 2 adults and 2 children) and 2 bicycles are available for you to borrow free of charge.

Fishing holiday
We ,4 adults and 2 children felt very comfortable. The flats are very well equipped. The direct access to the lake was wonderful. As we had brought 2 fishing boats, the children and grandchildren were fishing every day despite the bad weather. As a family it was a great week for us.

Great - flat sets the standard
Everything is as described, the flat on the ground floor is tastefully furnished, we lacked nothing. Neither quantity nor quality was spared in the furnishings. Everything is tidy and clean. The location is quiet, great for relaxing, swimming and paddling. The neighbouring, beautifully maintained community meadow with bathing area, jetty, football pitch and playground was used exclusively by us during the two weeks. It is also a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area (Kiel, Lübeck, Baltic Sea, etc.). You can find everything for your daily needs in Plön
Simply great, future holiday homes will have to measure up to this ;-)

Nature-oriented vacation
The premises correspond to the object description, the back-friendly mattresses are to be emphasized. The absolute highlight was the daily swim in the Schwentine, only a garden gate away. We experienced a relaxed week in a quiet environment and were able to use the good location for excursions to the Holstein Switzerland/Baltic Sea. We will gladly come back!

From calm comes strength - pure nature.
We really lucked out with the last-minute booking. We booked both apartments for 4 adults and 1 child (14).
Upon arrival, we were already impressed by the great ambiance and the direct view and access to the Schwentine River.
Everything is thought of here: plenty of reading material, board games, DVDs, toys for the kids' room and outside, as well as free use of a kayak and 2 bicycles. There was chocolate and tea for the welcome to immediately start with the "relax and recharge" on the terrace with a lake view.
For those seeking a relaxing time in a 100-person soul village in almost complete tranquility (although the official village access to the Schwentine river is right next to the property), this place can be found.
We want to mention that the neighboring building was unused and quiet during our vacation time. We were able to completely relax during the week, have fun on the land and water, and enjoy the sun and the lake - it was a wonderful vacation all around, so from the bottom of our hearts: "Thank you for your hospitality!"

Very satisfied
We spent a week in this very beautiful and modern flat and felt very comfortable. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings.
The house is located on a road with little traffic and has a very nice and sunny terrace with a view of the Schwentine. The direct access to the lake allowed me to paddle my own kayak up and down the Schwentine for hours
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet there and would love to come back again.
