The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 1986, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home estate, in the village centre. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Balatonboglár, Ortsteil Balatonboglár. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem geschlossenen Gartengrundstück mit Wiese, Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen, von einem Zaun begrenzt. Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang. Einzigartige Villa, separater Eingang, Dachwohnung. Blick vom Balatonboglár Várdomb Globe Observatory, ,daas in den Abendstunden in bunten Lichtern erstrahlt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstrasse (asphaltiert). Parkplatz (für 2 Pkws) auf dem Grundstück.

Very friendly hosts, plenty of space in the holiday flat. We were able to park the car on the property.

It was very clean, great air conditioning. Landlords were very friendly. The kids had fun in the garden. Wasn't far away for swimming.
