Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2018, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, and courtyard.
Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. There is another holiday apartment BAL BOG 037 (4-6 people) in the house. When booking for 4 people, only 2 bedrooms are available. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There are a total of 3 parking spaces for 2 holiday apartments on the same property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to the end of August, diameter 3.5 m, 0.7 m deep). Inflatable pool: Diameter 3.50 m, depth 0.70 m, the pool can be used approximately from mid-June to the end of August (weather dependent). Pool is for shared use.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 800 m. Balatonboglár: pharmacy 300 m and indoor pool, sauna each 350 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 650 m in Balatonboglár (beach 1000 m in Balatonlelle with lawn). Tennis in Balatonboglár 900 m. Adventure park and lookout tower approx. 800 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway. Living room with seating area, TV, dining area (6 places) and access to the balcony (garden furniture). 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
