Description
The holiday home, renovated in 2015, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Oven for shared use. Iron, billiards, darts, bicycle, and badminton available on request for shared use only.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. There are 6 houses here: BALBER 041, BALBER 042, BALBER 043, and BALBER 044 can be found (minimum 4 days). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Heating on request. Children's toys, high chair, internet access (WLAN), safe, iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, diameter 4.90 m, depth 1.10 m). Pool towels are provided.

The landlords were very warm, loving and courteous people who really made you feel very welcome. The communication was also very good, as the landlord understood and spoke German. Everything was there as in the pictures on the Internet and it was very clean ... highly recommended
