The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1991, renovated in 2025, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the garden from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Balatonberény. The holiday apartment is located on a 1480 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge, and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early September, diameter 3.6 m, 0.96 m deep). Jumping into the pool is prohibited. Children may only remain in the pool when accompanied by an adult.

Kitchenette with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), electric hob (2 rings), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

An air conditioner is highly suggested, especially in the attic, it was very hot! However, the owner was very helpful and made our request pótventillátort.
