Balatonberény. The holiday apartment is located on a 1480 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and bushes, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Children's toys, children's chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, diameter 3.6 m, 0.96 m deep).

Living room with seating area, TV, and access to the terrace (16 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dining area (5 seats), electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
