The detached holiday home, built in 1999, is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Molfetta. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm closed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 10 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. The hot tub is located in the pool. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 4.50 m x 4.0 m, 1.7 m deep). Children's pool (diameter 5.00 m, 0.90 m deep).

Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

The landlords tried very hard to
our well-being. At this point, many thanks to Claudia and Marco for the excellent and exemplary service. The house has been an oasis of calm. Driving by car is recommended. The house is isolated.
