The standig individually holiday home, built in 1999 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility and fire place.

Molfetta. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating. The hot tub is located in the pool. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
