from this high-quality and fully air-conditioned holiday flat, you can reach the sandy beach and the marina of Denia in just a few metres. The town centre and the promenades are also just a short walk away.

In the well-maintained garden there is a large communal swimming pool for you to enjoy.
The furnished terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea.

The fully air-conditioned flat with internet connection via WIFI is divided into a living-dining room with SAT-TV (German programmes) and a passage to the open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available. Three bedrooms are available. The two bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The flat is on the second floor (lift available).

For the cooler season there is also a gas central heating.

The garden is enclosed all around. There are public parking spaces outside the complex. The flat has a private parking space in the underground car park of the neighbouring building, which is about 100 metres away.

By arrangement, a maximum of one small dog is allowed, but it must be ensured that it is not left alone in the flat in order to avoid disturbing the peace of the neighbourhood by possible barking.
